Digital Fortress

So, I've owned this book for about . . . . . 5 years, and have never felt the desire to read it. I'm a big Dan Brown fan, I loved 'The Da Vinci Code', 'Decpetion Point' and 'Angles and Demons' but this book never gave off good vibes to me.
Until now!
I randomly started reading it about two weeks ago, and I seriously can't put it down!
The story follows the National Security Agency (NSA) in America, who have the worlds best mathematicians working as Crytologists working to decypher/snoop out suspicious phone calls and emails and basically protect America from future attacks.
95% of the world are unaware that the NSA exists, and is protecting them everyday. And what the NSA is keeping top secret is that they have a multi-billion dollar machine called TRANSLTR helping them decode almost every email sent.
Until someone claims to have created an unthinkable unbreakable code 'Digital Fortress', and is planning to auction it off to the highest bidder, and this will inevitably destroy the NSA's plans of protecting the USA.
But, the creater of this algorithm dies unexpectantly and the passcode to this algorithm is lost.
So the race is on for the NSA to find and destroy the code, before its too late!

This is an amazing book with lots of twists, action and useful information.
I will definatly be buying 'The Lost Symbol' next!

One of my new favourite groups: Rhyme Asylum

Ok, so my mates told me about these guys called Rhyme Asylum about a year ago, but I've only just got my hand on there album 'State of Lunacy'
And all i can say is that I wish I got it sooner.

UK hip-ho/Grime needs a crew like this! They have outstanding lyrical ability, very dark and distrubing content, and can paint a picture in your mind with every song.

I love every song on their first album State of Lunacy, my favourite probably being Poisen Penmanship.
They also have a big collabo on there with Diabolic, and on their up and coming album Solitary Confinement they have a track with Crooked,I!

But IMO this is one of the most complex songs I have ever heard, truely outstanding.

The Mach IV Test

So while I was doing my usual browsing of the internet researching things that have no real importance to what im doing I stumbeled across the wiki entry for Niccolo Machiavelli, I didn't get far into the article when I read about the Mach IV psychological test to see how machiavellian you are, so i took the test.
The possible answers to the questions were quite obvious as they went from extremes, but you could generally guess what kinda rating you would get before it calculated it for you.

Example question:

"The biggest difference between criminals and other people is that criminals are stupid enough to get caught"

And you answer ranging from strongly agree to strongly disagree with options inbetween.

So my score was 74/100 which is a 'Strong Mach' meaning that im quite manipulative and untrustworthy . . . great!

A very good question!
IMO I think i'd rather travel forward a hundred or so years to see how the human race advanced, or to see whether be bring down our own downfall, or even compltely dissapear from exhistance.

Chemtrails?

Ok so lately i've been reading about 'Chemtrails' and i don't think im fully convinced on this one.
I'm a fairly strong believer in conspiracy theories especially regarding a New World Order regime etc, but im not really believing this one.

Basically people believe that the 'exhaust fumes' left in the sky from aeroplanes are actually chemicals that being released at high altitudes on the public, which may be ordered by a NWO group in a bid to reduce the population to fit in with there agenda.
If this was true, would someone who was in on the conspiracy have to be regulary updated on where they're spraying the chemicals, and therefore have to avoid these areas???
I think that these so called chemtrails are really just the contrails left from planes aka condesed water vapour from the sheer heat given off from the planes exhaust pipe.

Army of The Pharaohs - Unholy Terror (Album)

I've just downloaded the new AOTP album, and all I can say is that I am not dissapointed one bit!
'Unholy Terror' is the 3rd album from the Philadelphia Supergroup.
I wouldn't say there is any weak songs or rappers on this album, even my least favourite Jus' Allah came hard.
And of course Celph Titled destroyed every song he was featured on!
My favourite three songs have to be:

1. The Ultimatum
2. Spaz Out
3. Suicide Girl

Looking forward to Celph Titled's album dropping soon.

Prince Ea

Prince Earth, or Prince Ea as he is known is one of my favourite newcomers to hiphop, I only just discovered him this month but i'm already hooked.
In my opinion he is one of the freshest, lyrical, smartest and funny rappers to come out of the US for years.
His raps vary from science, politics, conspiracy theories, to rapping about commercial rappers and even joke subjects like "It's Not My Baby".

And with Prince comes his new brand/campaig: Make Smart Cool Again a.k.a S.M.A.R.T (Sophisticating Millions/Minds And Revolutionising Thought.
Heres the description from the Facebook Page:

"The purpose of the Make 'SMART' Cool movement is to create and nurture, without discrimination or preference, a community of free-thinking individuals under the singular purpose of promoting the ideals of education, intelligence, unity and creativity throughout the world at large."

So I think Prince Ea is definatly one to look out for in 2010, as he already accomplished Vibe Magazines Verses Champion in '09, lets see what he can make of this year.

P Money versus Ghetto War

Ok so im sure you've all heard about this by now, P money and Ghetto are waring against each other, releasing various war dub videos each week.
Ghetts is one of my favourite UK artists, but i cant help but think that P is winning so far, even after GH posted his "The Destruction Of The Eiffle Tower" dub, which focuses on P Money's real name, Paris.

Above is my favourite of the dubs so far which is just a freestyle by P, but i think his flow and delivery on this one is next to none.

In this, and his other videos, P spits about things like how Ghetto got punched on stage at an Eski rave by Flirta D, how he stole Wileys laptop, and then returned it to him, and also how he didn't back up Griminal when it kicked off with Tempa T.

But i do have to hand it to Ghetts, he then went on to post "Ghetto vs Ghetts (Suicide)" which was a clever idea of doing a dub with the old Narsty Ghetto vs the new mainstream Ghetts in an 8 mile style so that P then cannot use it against him.

Now we all just have to wait in anticipation for P's reply to the Paris dub (if he does that is), but in my opinion both are great artists and neither deserve to be "buried".
